Judicial review lasting 6 days hears of major issues relating to the EirGrid planning application.

High Court Judicial Review of North-South Interconnector

The case commenced on 18th July and is continuing this week.
NEPPC will provide a full summary of proceedings next week, when the case has finished.

Important Update – MAY 2017, Outcome of High Court Proceedings 10th May:

  • No entry by EirGrid or its agents on to landowners’ property allowed

  • Forms of Authority remain in place

  • No construction works can take place

  • Main Judicial Review will take place on 18th July
